What time is check-in?
Our check-in time is from 15:00.
Should you need to arrive earlier, do send your request via our contact page at least 24hours in advance. We will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible, at an additional fee of €17,50 per hour (NOTE: hourly rate only)
What time is check-out?
Our check-out time is at 11:00. Would you like to stay a bit longer? You can! We offer - if available - a late check-out fee. We charge €17,50 per extra hour.
If you would like to stay till after 13:00, we would be happy to book an extra night's stay for you.
Location & transport
How far is the hotel from the city centre?
OHotellMe is located in the middle of Rotterdam's bustling city centre.
As soon as you walk out of the hotel, you are almost directly on the lively Lijnbaan shopping street, so everything the city centre has to offer is within easy reach!.
Does the hotel offer a shuttle service to and from the airport?
The hotel itself does not offer a shuttle service to or from the airport, but fortunately the route is simple. From the airport, you can take the train with NS Intercity
Direct (non-stop with extra fee), 30mins to Rotterdam Central Station.
OHotellMe is only 600meters walking distance from Rotterdam Central!
Prefer another stop closer? Then you can travel from Rotterdam Central by metro line A,B and C and get off at Eendrachtsplein stop.
Where can I park my car?
We do not offer parking, fortunately there are good alternatives nearby.
Option 1:
Paid street parking available along the street To conveniently pay for parking, you can use a parking app such as EasyPark.
Below parking cost and time:
Mon-Thu 09:00-23:00 · Fri-Sat 09:00-01:00 · Sun 12:00-23:00
Max parking duration: end of the following day
Parking cost: €6.18 per hour. You pay per 10 minutes.
Free parking on New Year's Day, Christmas Day, Easter Sunday and White Sunday. Other holidays Sunday rate/time applies.

How does Self-Checkin work?
Guest will receive your check-in instruction via the booking platform messaging page where the reservation was made OR via email when the booking is made via the OHotellMe website.
The message will be automatically sent on the day of check-in at around noon.
The instruction consist of the following:
You will be provided a unique code to retrieve your key and enter the apartment.
The instruction will include images and which apartment and level you will need to go to.
You can check-in time in any time after 15:00.
This historic building has wooden floors, please keep it down if your arrival is between 22:00 - 8:00.
HOW TO ENTER THE HOTEL
A clear Self-Checkin instruction with images to guide you for a smooth checkin, will be sent to you on the day of your checkin.
Ensure you have access to your email or booking platform app to swiftly receive the instructions.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking or drug use is allowed on the premises
No shoes inside the apartment due to wooden flooring.
Any form of illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
A €250 fine will be issued for any violation of these rules, and legal action may follow in case of serious offenses.

FLOOR HEATING SYSTEM
Refer to the round thermostat that is mounted to the wall, located to the right side of the bed. It shows the temperature of the apartment. Ensure to turn it down to 10 degrees when you leave the apartment. Turn it to max. 21 degrees to heat apartment up. It takes 30mins for floor heating to warm up the apartment. IMPORTANT: ensure all windows are closed when heating is turned on.
FIRE ALARM
Ensure to use the cooker hob when cooking, and close the door when showering to not falsely trigger the fire alarm. If the alarm goes off DO NOT remove the battery from the siren and follow the instructions on how to turn off the false alarm. Instructions on how to turn off the fire alarm can be found the Welcome Guide folder in each apartment. A fine of €500 is applicable when the siren batteries are removed.
WIFI
There are dedicated Wifi for each apartment and there are no additional charge.
HOW TO LOCK DOOR
Lift the handle UP
then turn the key or knob to lock apartment door.
TRASH DISPOSAL
Step out turn right then right again, then spot the large grey metal bin for disposal on Jacobusstraat.
How to open roof terrace?
Simply scan the QR code found in the apartment folder, to view a quick video of how to open/close the roof terrace. An instruction copy is also placed in the apartment, inside the grey folder

How can I book a room at OHotellMe?
Booking a room with us via our website www.ohotellme.com, send an e-mail to welcome@ohotellme.com.
Until when can I cancel my booking if necessary?
This depends on the rate at which you booked your room. We offer two different rates:
Fully-Flexible and Non-Refundable.
Fully-Flexible: This rate allows you to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, giving you extra flexibility if something changes in your plans.
For bookings made through online travel agencies (OTAs), their respective conditions apply.
Non-Refundable: At this rate, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or change the reservation free of charge, both for direct bookings and bookings through OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, and so on.
