Just an 8–10 minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station, the apartment is perfect for exploring the city. Stroll along the scenic Westersingel canal and admire the striking statues and art installations along the way.
Important to Note:
The apartment is located on a bustling city center street with a lively bar scene. Light sleepers should be aware that street and bar noise may be noticeable.
The apartments are spread over four levels and are accessible only via traditional Dutch stairs, which are narrow and steep. Guests should have good stamina, especially when carrying luggage.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend this apartment for guests with injuries or difficulty managing stairs.
Bold City Service Apartment
Adore romantic views of the Westersingel canal and the historic Gentlemen’s houses from a bright, open living space. Apartment Bold lays on level 1 and features quirky, unique décor, tall windows, and a dining area for four – perfect for soaking in the vibrant city life while enjoying your meals.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, blender, dishwasher, and a large fridge with freezer – everything you need for a hassle-free stay.
Sleeps 4 guests – The living room and bedroom are separated by a sliding door for privacy. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample clothing storage. The sofa in the living room converts into a bed (140x200 cm), comfortably accommodating 1–2 adults.
The bedroom, located at the back of the building, has an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, large mirror and sink, plenty of storage for all your essentials and well-lit to meet all your grooming needs.
A separate toilet with access to separate washer and dryer machine closet are conveniently located by the front door.
Please note: This historic Gentlemen’s building features steep, narrow stairs with no elevator. Guests should consider safety and stamina when bringing luggage up and down.

Apartment Epic lays on level 4 and features all around windows, and a dining area for four – the rooftop terrace is a perfect spot to soak in the vibrant city life while enjoying your morning brew.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, blender, dishwasher, and a large fridge with freezer – everything you need for a hassle-free stay.
